Park Rules
General
- Check-in: Flexible hours. Usually between 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM. Check-out: 11:00 AM. But we will accommodate to your special needs.
- Speed Limits: 5–10 mph throughout the park to protect pedestrians and pets.
- Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
- Site Cleanliness: Guests are responsible for keeping their site tidy NO clutter, outdoor storage, or trash outside.
Spacious Sites
- Leash Requirements: Pets must be on a leash at all times outside the RV.
- Clean-Up: Mandatory to pick up pet waste immediately.
🔥 Fires and Grilling
- Grills: Propane and charcoal grills usually allowed.
🏞️ Facilities and Amenities
- Bathhouses/Laundry: Open only to registered guests. Clean up after use.
- Open from 10:00am -8:00pm. Damage to the facility will result in penalty and eviction.
🚫 Prohibited Actions
- No Illegal Substances: Drug use is strictly prohibited.
- No Vehicle Repairs allowed on Site
📋 Registration & Guests
- Guest Registration: Head of the each family will register with the Park.
- Site rate includes 2 adults per lot. Additional guests need to check in with park manager and pay additional $5 night per person age 12 and up. Maximum 3 guests per lot.
- Only 1 vehicle per lot unless otherwise approved by park manager.
